In the summer of 2011 Ugly Studios won a pitch to design printed ephemera for the East of England National Trust's upcoming Autumn 2011 walking festival.

Whilst working for Ugly, I communicated with the client, and worked with them to come up with designs, illustrations and maps for an A6 promotional postcard and a set of 15 souvenir walks. The walks were designed to fit inside lanyards and be distributed at their respective properties.

The colours and feel of the design tied in with the seasonal newsletter, and nationwide brand.

Each property had it's own illustrated icon, and a simple illustrated map, showing the route of the walk, certain landmarks and facilities along the way, with the reverse of the map being a list of things to look out for, and a little information on each.
